Lets have the (Bully type) & (The Standard) and of course the (Hybrid)

so lets say if you have just standard dogs would you out-cross to lets say hybrid or bully? and why would you do it? to get what Gains?
And do you believe the standard or hybrid could help better the bully breed?

when it comes to working type and performance i know the standard and hybrid comes to mind, so can these type help out the bully type or to your knowledge its not worth it? or well worth the breeding?
