These corporate companys using the economy as a excuse

Man are these big corporation abusing and violating the rights of its employees, in the past month i seen 14 senior guys just get walked of the job, and they use technology and bullshit schemes to downsize.i feel bad for those lost their jobs but these big money hungry corporation are saving billions by downsizing or eliminating top paid senior guy and replacing them with a new minimum wage employee. i wonder if the stock markets gets a turn around are the company's still dirty tactics still be in effect? after all they are beneficial to their pockets.
